Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, and all deliveries are made on business days only. Orders placed on weekdays after 3PM PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. The information above applies to all shipping methods, including overnight and express.

 

Continental US orders: We offer four flat rates for shipping within the US

Standard (within California) $12 | Standard (outside California) $15 | Express (1-2 days) $25 | Overnight $50

 

Additionally, customers can add "signature required for delivery” service for an additional fee of $5

 

Orders over $500 are eligible for free standard ground shipping.

 

All orders will be shipped via UPS, except P.O. Box addresses are mailed via USPS.

 

Hawaii: Standard $25 | Express $50

 

We do not currently offer international shipping from our website.

With this said, please reach out separately to listening@mantamoon.com and we will do our best to accommodate package delivery to your desired location on a case by case basis.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at listening@mantamoon.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

lost packages

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once it is in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS or USPS), therefore Manta Moon is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will however do our best to help you navigate the claim’s process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.

How Do I Begin the Return/Exchange Process?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the item is not one of our final sale items, you can receive a refund to your account or a 100% store credit. Please contact us at listening@mantamoon.com to begin the return/exchange process.

 

To qualify for a refund or an exchange we ask that you initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your piece(s). To be eligible, your item cannot be final sale merchandise and it must be unwashed, not visibly used (in the same condition that you received it), and with the price tag still attached,. We reserve the right to deny any returns we feel do not meet these requirements.

 

When will you process my Return or Exchange?

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the merchandise. Please note we process returns Monday through Friday. If we receive your return on the weekend, we will process it on the following Monday.

 

For returns, we will refund the original form of payment excluding the shipping cost. Please allow for 5-7 days for bank processing. For store credit, we will email you a store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

 

If you received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at listening@mantamoon.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Lost Packages for Returns:

Similar to our delivery policy for lost packages, if a return does not get to us, we cannot assume responsibility for the loss. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once it is in the hands of the mail carrier, therefore Manta Moon is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen.
